Mobile Flaring

At First Flare and Repair, we take pride in knowing that we are being environmentally responsible when conducting our flaring operations. Upon receiving a request for flaring services, we first obtain an SDS from the requester. Once we have the SDS in hand, we work with a team of air permitting engineers to ensure that the commodity is safe to flare and that we have all required permits to perform the operations. Our mobile, trailer mounted flare units are equipped with state-of-the-art smokeless tips that meet or exceed all regulatory requirements for flaring operations.

Our mobile flare units are available to flare tank cars prior to change of service, repair, cleaning, lease return, or scrapping.

Vapor Transloading Services

If flaring is not an option or is not practical for your particular situation, feel free to reach out to us about our flames vapor transloading services. We offer flameless Vapor Transloading (VT) services which eliminates the need to flare a railcar in order to render it safe for repair or cleaning.
