Mobile Railcar Repair
Our mobile units are fully equipped to provide a wide variety of services in the field and will be expanding those service offerings during 2024. We are AAR M-1002 M-1003 C6r certified and we pride ourselves with the utmost focus on safety.
Mobile Tank Car Flaring and Transloading
All mobile flaring is accomplished with mobile, trailer mounted flares equipped with state of the art smokeless tips. Nitrogen services are available when needed. If flaring is not an option, our Vapor Transloading (VT) services eliminate the need to flare in order to render a tank car safe for repair.
Mobile Cleaning Services
First Flare and Repair has a highly trained cleaning crew with state-of-the-art equipment which allows us to clean most commodities in the harshest of conditions.
Mobile Nitrogen and Steam Services
First Flare and Repair has a fleet of mobile nitrogen generators that allow us to perform nitrogen purging and nitrogen padding in the field at a fraction of having bulk nitrogen trucked in. Additionally, we have mobile boilers that allow us to purge with steam if that is our customer's preference. These same boilers can be used to heat up commodities that must be warmed for offloading.
